Construction of the cooling tank:
– closed tank, round or elliptic shape;
– panel type evaporator, laser welded, with direct cooling agent expansion;

Cooling system:
– condensing units corresponding to the tank volume to assure cooling time according to the standards;
– the newest generation panel type high capacity evaporator with proper size condensing units to minimize energy consumption;

Automatic washing system:
– equipped with circulation pump, dosing pumps for detergents, valves and control unit;
– water saving washing system (for reliable cleaning it is enough to use for one cycle 1-2% of water calculated from the nominal volume of the tank);
– possibility to adjust washing cycle to individual needs of the user;
– high pressure rotating washing head (sprayer) which construction and localization enable accurate cleaning of the whole inner surface;

– flat (panel) type evaporator of high capacity, laser welded;
– the lid is tailored to the tank’s upper ring, reinforced, doesn’t fall down;
– reliable agitator with motor-gear, propeller type, no fat separation;
– automatic agitator’s switch off when opening the lid;
– equipped with measuring stick and the volume table;

Cooling system:
– condensing units corresponding to the tank volume to assure cooling time according to the standards;
– the newest generation panel type high capacity evaporator with proper size condensing units to minimize energy consumption;

Control system:
– compact control unit GECO to control working cycle of agitator and thermostat hysteresis loop;
